CentSonix (the "Service") is operated by YAHGI SOUND LABS SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania (CUI 34022160). This policy explains what information we collect through our website and the CentSonix Android app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) when you sign up.
• Team/collaboration details: your role (Lead or Member) and the team you're associated with, used to vet new accounts before they can log in.
• Order and purchase history: which digital products you've bought, so you can access and re-download them.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe shares only a transaction reference and status with us.
• Content you submit: product uploads (if you're an approved seller), community chat messages, and direct messages sent to other users.
• Technical data: basic request/device information (e.g. IP address, user agent) generated automatically by normal web/app traffic and used only for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account, including one-time-passcode (OTP) verification.
• To process orders and give you access to what you've purchased.
• To review and approve new sign-ups before they can use the Service (part of our account-vetting process).
• To operate community/chat features between users who choose to use them.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking/analytics scripts on the Service.

Third parties we use

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Neon — our database host.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for uploaded audio/video files and backups.

Each of these providers processes data only as needed to perform their service for us, under their own privacy and security terms.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us using the details below.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you're in the EU/EEA, this includes rights under the GDPR (YAHGI SOUND LABS SRL is a Romanian company, so EU data-protection law applies to our processing).
